| Welcome dmag!! Check out the recipe board for interesting alternatives to hard boiled eggs, like "sausage meatballs". I make a batch on Sunday and then just re-heat in the microwave. I also like the new "heat & serve" sausages out by (I think) Jimmy Dean. Bacon in the microwave also only takes a few minutes.
