| Is this sugar/carb free (1gram) of soy milk allowed in the iduction period? Let me know thanks -s- |

| I don't know if it is allowed per se, but I used it during induction. I use Chocolate Soy Slender sweetened with Splenda. mmm mmm good!!!! in my coffee. Remember to count the carbs. | That's a good question. I don't know the glycemic index on it.
