Hi everyone, my name is Greg, just wanted to introduce myself. I started the Atkins program today and doing the induction phase.

im 24yrs old, 6'2" tall 275lbs. been heavy my whole life. i figured a support group such as this would be a great help and im sure i will be able to find help here.

Really nice to "meet" you. This is the greatest place to get support and advice. I started not to long ago and all these wonderful people are here to WAHOO your sucesses or pull you up by the boot straps when your down.
