| For "O" Type a high protein, low carb diet is recommended but they are to avoid wheat and most dairy. Bacon and Ham are not recommended either. I'm trying to be open minded. Just curious if anyone else has read this book..... |

| Kerry, yes I've read it and discussed its merits with some knowledgeable people. My take on it is this: for some people, following the recommendations of ERFYT have made a difference in their health and energy. Other have not seen improvements, and eating by the guidelines for their type has really only added unnecessary restrictions to their diets. IMO it might be something to consider if other methods of improving health are not working, but would not be my choice for a primary nutritional plan. BC 172/108/108 Zone since 4/98 |
