No advice--but I'm reinducting, too, starting Monday, in support of my hubby, who is starting Atkins for the first time.

Best wishes to all of us!

    P. S. I think reinduction will be kind of hard for me, since there are goodies (like cottage cheese, pistachios, mixed berries) that I will definitely miss! I DO need to get back on the program

    P. P. S. I recommend revisiting the book, or the Atkins website, to review legal induction foods!

pOSH, it's entirely up to you if you want to wait 'til you get back. BUT, here's what I would do: Drink diet soda with the booze or wines(alcohol gets burned first before fat and calories) so moderation might be key. Eat to your hearts content: salads, (not pasta ones), meat, veggies, berries, nuts, and don't worry too much about creamy sauces if they make them with cream. I'm sure you could chat with the chef who would be happy to let you know what's in the stuff. Who knows, they might even have some LC proper stuff. I wonder if you could ask the chef if they have Splenda or any other sugar subs, if he would make you some sugar- free whipped cream to put on fruits. (berries)

Then when you get back, go at it full force!!

    Drink WATER, LOTS!!!!

    Have FUN!!!

(btw, all caps appears to be yelling, so you might want to check your keyboard. )

Good luck startedAkinsinapril!! I too am re-starting, re-inducting today - a new year, a new start! I've been off-plan for 2 months and re-gained + a few. I'm so anxious to get back on track and make 2004 the year I finally reach my goals. I'm also celebrating my 40th birthday in August, so that's my ultimate challange - to make goal by my 40th birthday. My husband is already planning a big bash with lots of family & friends that I haven't seen in ages - I want to look the part of the "happy birthday girl"!!
