Well maybe not too long but it's seems so. I have been off this WOE for about 3 months now. I am once again sick of myself, I feel FAT (although I haven't gained any weight back, but think of what I could've lost by now) I'm not sure what I expect to hear from everyone because I know it's my own fault for quitting! I guess I just needed to put all these things in writing just to get them out there! I am reaffirming my self to the WOE and will depend on all the familar faces here to guide me again...I think I've forgotten a lot of things...but I know I can depend on you guys to help. I almost expect you guys to tell me I can't "play" anymore, I feel like a puppy with it's tail between it's legs.....even though I know the only person I should be accountable to is me. Please let me know if you have any advice for a born again newbie!

Cant give you any great advice, I am with you. I have tried to stay on it, and although I find myself eating a slice of toast here and there, basically I have, a few major dropoffs where i downed the mashed potatoes WITH gravy! Like you I am angry with myself, and know that this woe does work. I did gain all my lost weight back and more, and have been blaming it all on medical problems, which yes they do have alot to do with it, but why did I eat like I did??
We can get through this, I am with you all the way

The good news is that you seem to have plenty of company, Crystal, if you read the "confessions" of late.

My advice: What's past is past--learn what you need from all this, let go of the guilt, and start fresh with positive intentions.

To both of you, BC said it, What is past is past. Don't look back just look forward. It could have been a lot worse. You did great just not gaining the weight back. That is a lot better than most when they go off the plan. I wish you both the best and look forward to seeing your post of success in the future. We are all in this together. Good luck, Anita
