| I weighed myself this morning and I've probably dropped a few pounds and its my TOM so I know Im retaining water. So its a good thing and I didn't cheat except of nuts. I plan on really sticking with this WOE this time and hope the pounds really come off. ANyways I'll check back next week after weigh in..GOOD LUCK TO ALL AND STAY STRONG!!! |

| It is SO important to stay positive!! Sometimes we don't see any lose during the first week, so do NOT fret!! I think our bodies go into shock and it just takes a few extra days. Then WOOSH, you actually like your scale!! |
