How many carbs do you count for a can of diet soda? Do you count more if it is Diet Pepsi versus Diet Rite?

Per fitday, sf, caffiene free, cola type soft drink has 0.355 carb per one 12oz can. Per the
Atkins carb counter book, the same has 0 carb.

It's best to drink a diet cola that doesn't contain aspartame. Diet rite and RC cola are 2 that dont. I add lime juice for a better taste.

There's also Diet Hansen's if you can find it. Don't know if they have a "cola", but they have peach, kiwi-strawberry, and black cherry (I use to be a slave to Cherry Coke - just LOVE that stuff).

Caffeine-Free, Splenda sweetened. They are pretty good - though I had to go to a HFS to find them.

It's a nice break from water on occassion, though I limit myself to no more then 1 per day. Or else I'll forget to drink my water.
