You are not stalled. A stall isn't a stall until it is 4 weeks or more I think the defined time period is. It is common to not lose anything on the third week after induction. You didn't ruin everything, get right back on track! Good luck

Ditto what Steph said. Post induction stalls are common. I wouldn't stay on induction any longer. Start upping the carbs by 5 per day per week.

Amy, I agree with the above advice. You are getting close to goal, it's very important that you begin adding good carbs back in, 5g per week until you find your CCLL.

Take care~

In addition to the advice above, I would say "Stay away from the scales!" I freaked the first time I stalled. I was weighing every day and, even though I knew I was following the plan correctly, I kept trying to eat less, do this, do that, etc. When I stopped weighing every day I relaxed, ate what I was supposed to eat, drank my water, and the weight started coming off again...plus, you usually will see a drop in the scales when you weigh less often and you won't be seeing the daily fluctuations that sometimes happen with this WOL. I'm giving you this advice because I think it was one of the best tips I received as a beginning LCer. Some people only weigh once a month. I try not to weigh more than once a week and would like to space that out some.

Good luck to 'ya!

Good grief, girl ~ you've lost 9 pounds in 12 days, even with eating some things off-plan? It doesn't get much better than that!

Move cautiously now into on-going weight loss (by adding more veggies and some berries and nuts, not doritos!), and you'll be on your way to a lifetime at your ideal weight. Remember, this is about getting there permanently, not getting there immediately.

Congratualtions on your progress.

Doritos.... I sure wish they would come out will LC doritos - I used to be hooked on those! I agree with everyone else - you're doing great!
