Hi, this is my first evening as a registered member,I started a low fat diet last June weighting in at 174. I am down to 151 but am now on the south beach diet ( 1 week into it ).I would love to hear from anyone at any time and would very much appreciate some recipes. Thanks

Hi there and welcome to LCE! I am sure you will do great. There are so many nice helpful people so feel free to ask away with anything you have trouble with. As for recipes, at the top of your page there is a bar that is purple, green and blue, you will see a section called recipes up there. Just click on it and you will see tons of yummy LC recipes.
