Hi, I'm new. I've been reading some of your posts, and you all know what you're talking about. I wanted to know if I've been on induction for 2 weeks, and gorged on McDonald's and corn chips, what do I do now? Will the weight come back, do I continue with induction? I just don't know. Thank you..Goaldie

Is this is your only off plan eating so far?
If yes just put it behind you and continue as before. You might want to add a few days (2 or 3?) to induction but that's your call. If this has been a frequent occurrence perhaps restarting will help you more.

Me, a skeptic? I trust you have proof.

Ditto what Rob said.

If this is the only time you've done this, just continue on your plan as if it never happened.

I can tell you from personal experience, that if I had followed that advice myself in the past, I wouldn't be where I am now - 20 pounds heavier than a year ago

The trick is NOT going crazy and getting all upset that you messed up. So what? You were stupid for a couple of hours and now it's over. Don't turn it into being stupid for days or weeks and then REALLY regret it.

Do induction for 2-3 more days and move into OWL and put this in the PAST where it belongs.

Don't let it cloud your future!
