| Hi all, I'm new and have been a lurker for a while. I am slowly getting the cofidence to actually post. Most people seem to live in the us. I was wondering if there was anybody out there who is from Australia. I live in Melbourne. If so I would like to hear from you. | I'm afraid I'm not in Australia, I'm in Canada; however, I spent about a month in Melbourne last year (and a few days in Sydney as well) and I absolutely love your country!! I, too, am a newbie (actually... my first day will be on Tuesday so I'm a pre-newbie... still reading up on everything) and wanted to wish you the best of luck |

| Dear Cee Cee. Goodluck to you to. I finished my first week of induction this morning and lost 4.5 pounds which I am pleased with considering I have a couple of tiny slip ups. Yes, it is beautiful in Melbourne but I'm not so fond on sydney. The pictures of canada I see the country looks great, I would love to go there one day. My email is ladylike@bigblue.net.au if you ever want to pick my brain. Cheriooo Toni 188/176/120 "Dogs aren't our whole life but they make our lives whole" |

| Toni, Congratulations!!! That's fantastic!!! How on earth did you do that?? I admit to being a slight bit skeptical of this program when I first starting reading up on it, primarily because I'd be eating all the kinds of foods I've been told for years are bad for me... eggs, bacon, red meat, etc. It might take a while for me to get over this mindset I'm also kinda scared of having to give up all the foods I love to indulge in. Of course, if I didn't indulge as I do, I wouldn't be in this predicament in the first place!! LOLI was all set to start tomorrow, Tuesday, but they've scheduled a company luncheon at a local Dim Sum (Chinese) restaurant. I can't get out of it Thank you so much for giving me your e-mail address. I'd love to keep in touch! Not only for inspiration and encouragement, but you can make me jealous telling me how hot and beautiful it is there while I try to dig myself out of a snowdrift! But not to give you the wrong impression... Winters kinda suck (unless you like cold and snow) but our Summers are very much like your own temperature-wise (our limit is about 35 tho).Keep up the excellent work!!! By the way, you can reach me at canadian_comfort@hotmail.com Cheers :-) Debi |

| Hi there. I am from Sydney and in my second week of Induction. You are obviously converting your kilos to punds so that you understand what everyone is talking about like me!! Do you know of anywhere in Australia where we can get low carb products to eat? The only ones I know of are at GNC Living Well stores and they are ssooo expensive as they are imported. My email is spencer152@hotmail.com if you want to keep in touch |
