"Low Carb Newbies" at Low Carb Diet Support: "I have a scale at home that puts me at 195. The one at work (I don't know why it's here) puts me at 192. Can I take the lower number? Started Again! 12/30/03 205/196/180 ...."

Yes, but that trick only works once. LOL
Just as long as you use the same scale all the time it doesn't matter if it's off a couple of pounds.
