I would just like to tell someone that I am starting my low carb and exercise program today and if anyone has any suggestions then feel free to share. I don't have anyone living with me to help support my efforts, so I guess I had to tell someone. Thanks for listening.

Welcome Ashleigh

The best advice I can give you is to read as much as you can, starting with the book for whatever plan you're following and the Beginners Guide here.

Good luck!

Ashleigh
WELCOME!!

Even if you did live with someone we'd expect to hear from you. Come and post often, ask questions, give answers. Use the recipe section because there are some great recipes in there. In other words come be part of the family.

hello,
Welcome to the boards!

I just wanted to add that there is an exersice forum that is great for encouragement! Also usually there is some sort of exersice challenge going on at any given time in the exersice forum as well!

Welcome Ashleigh! (that is my neice's name-spelled just like that!)

Just wanted to say Congrats on your new WOE! (way of eating)
Be sure to follow the plan you chose as it was meant and drink your water!
