| I have used both Splenda and Stevia to good success. I like them both. I think I'm better off not to use much in the way of sweeteners, though. I feel addicted to the "taste of the sweet" and I do better when I avoid as much of that as possible. I'm starting this week to pass even on the Splenda in my coffee. Just a bit of cream, thank you. | Charlotte, your experience with sweeteners is probably fairly common. I suspect a good number of people just don't realize when they are plagued with cravings that the AS may be a culprit. I do use artificial sweeteners in drinks, but I don't do any LC baking. I don't need that kind of potential problem. Other's do fine though. As with anything in life, YMMV.
