Wow...thank you guys loads! It's so nice to have people looking out for me about this type of stuff. For everyone who told me to not pay attention to how crazy society's standards are today, I'm already on it! We studied modeling once and they do all sorts of really creepy stuf to model's pictures, like airbrush them or cut and paste their heads to different bodies! *shudders* There was a point in time once where I did see myself as fat (like everyone else at skool) but I feel rather happy with myself right now. I just want to learn good eating habits now so I don't regret it or anything when I'm older...or something.

And about my health, thank you all (again) for your concern! I took all of your advice seriously and went to my personcal trainer for a test thing (if you're wondering why I have a personal trainer, he's my dad's best friend so we both go and see him a lot). I'll type the results down if anyone wants to actually take the time to read it:

    height: 62.75 in.
    weight: 101 lbs
    impedance: 667
    body fat: 23.8%
    lean mass:76.2%
    BMR: 1268 cals
    optimal fat: 18-25%
    goal weight: 96 lbs

SO that's what it says on the little card thingy! He says that I would be dead before I lost ten pounds, but the "goal weight" thing would be a good idea to get to. So that's 5 pounds then. He says that a vegetarian low-carb diet is a good idea but if I start on the South Beach I should skip the first phase. I'll be seeing my doctor tomorrow to make sure.

Yes, I am really little and I guess petite, I'm always getting run over at the halls and everyone teases me! It's so sad!! Yes I eat cheese, and I drink soymilk as well. Thanks everyone, again, for helping me! I feel so smart now my head hurts.

    arrivederci! <3

I suppose it would be alright if you lost 5 lbs, as long as you are eating sensibly and taking vitamins. It's also good that you eat cheese and drink soymilk, so you are getting calcium for your cute petite bones!!!

Ok.. how about this (if your not already doing this that is!) Instead of loosing weight.. just start weigh lifting to reduce body fat, increase lean mass. The numbers go up in a good way.. your body will shrink (because muscle is leaner that fat) and your gonna get all the benifits of learning how to eat healthy with just going on the maintaince phase of this WOE.

Sorry.. I don't mean to talk you out of it.. but.. well.. I guess I am! But only because I care! But if your like I was at that age.. I would do what I felt was in my best interest. lol

I think Prinzess has a good idea, there. Instead of losing weight and getting too skinny, try building up your body a little bit. Ninety six pounds for a 5'2" girl just doesn't sound healthy to me. Take up swimming or basketball, something that requires some healthy exercise and increases your coordination.
