Geez. It is not easy to start again. I was doing GREAT from 8/5/3-thanksgiving. Then I just went crazy wild! I only gained 7 pounds from thgvng to 1/12/04, but I could have lost those and more. Now I am faced with starting again, and believe me...it ain't easy!
I'm committed, though, so here I go...

Hi, Heather.

I know you can do this! We can all help with the cheerleading part!

p.s. I sent you a private message about your photos! To check your private messages, go to the top of this thread and click on My Space, you'll see a link to Private Topics.

Hi Heather,

I too started again but I think the hard part about starting again is the impression that somehow you failed.

You didn't fail, you made a decision and now you are making another. Make this an experience and try to enjoy it. I am. I know so much more than I did last year. I don't have to think about what I can and cannot eat. I stock my frig and cabinet at work with the right foods.

Also more people are on this woe that I have company. Even though if you look at what we eat you would not believe we are on the same diet/woe.

Thanks, Maggie, Travellost and Barb! I'm pretty determined, but a little cheering never hurts!
I really like, "You didn't fail, you made a decision and now you are making another."
I'm excited about getting there!
