I know people have different view on stuff... I started on 12/30/03, with perhaps a few uh uh's along the way.. sf jello, a trip to Sub Way at the very beginning a few popcorn chicken.. oops.... anyway I'm not sure where I stand now.. I'm completly lost in my days of induction. Should I stop, or should I make a new day of induction?? I feel safe in saying that I have truly only lost 2 pounds since 12/30/03... so I don't know what to do..
Thanks.

Also, what happens when you lose your appetite, I'm gonna research this on the board now... but I know I'm not eating enough...but sometimes the thought of food makes me ill..
Thanks.

Are you keeping track of what you eat? This is a good way to make sure you're getting a balance of nutrients. The tracker on this site, or Fitday.com (free) will help you analyze your eating.

Meanwhile, DO plan your menus and follow the plan, even when you don't feel like eating. Choose plenty of legal vegetables, starting at breakfast! Drink lots of water. Add a couple of legal snacks, so that you eat less at a sitting, but more frequently.

Nuts, cheese, berries, and an occasional pepperoni stick are all good snacks.

Loss of appetite is a frequent occurrence, and for some, a big advantage. If you follow a plan you've made in advance, you can be sure of getting enough food to sustain your energy.

Best wishes.

Loss of appetite has been a really big problem for me too....Some days I have to remind myself to eat. But it is important, so just keep at it...make sure you eat at least every 6 waking hours....even if it is a piece of cheese...eat something.
