| I had insomia all the time for the last year. I often could not sleep until I took a sleeping pill. I just realized today that with the exception of the first two or three nights, I have been sleeping very well. I feel well rested and have lots of energy. I guess my eating habits was what lead to my sleeping problems. oh yeah, no more leg cramps either. I started this diet for weight loss, and this is a nice bonus. Good luck all!!
