| I have a hard time eating out because I just don't know how they are preparing the food. Are there fillers in the hamburger patties? I read in another forum that IHOP puts pancake batter in their scrambled eggs to make them fluffly!!!!! I've worked too hard but I really do miss eating out. Anyone else have these problems? Lois |

I suspect that the answer depends on which hamburger patties you're talking about. Many major chains post their nutritional information on their websites. That can help you make informed choices when eating out. Check out this thread: eating out HTH Maggie 5'1" ~~ Atkins since '98 (160+) Maintaining nicely (110 +/-) ~~ Redhead until further notice! |

| You can't make yourself paranoid or a shut-in because of things like this. The approach I take is, if I don't know for sure if the food is adulterated but it tastes okay, like real meat, then it's probably okay to eat until I learn otherwise. One I won't eat, for instance, is Del Taco burritos. The meat inside, once you open it up, tastes very much like some cereal extender. ************** "Sometimes I think you have to march right in and demand your rights, even if you don't know what your rights are, or who the person is you're talking to.
