It seems like a lot of companies are joining the LC Party. I would like to think that it is to help promote a healthier lifestyle, but we all know it is about the $$.

HAH!!!!!! LC really has been around since the 1800's. I think it's here to stay.

BTW, I went to Chili's today and they rolled out their low-carb menu, TODAY. I wasn't impressed, but at least they tried. Afterward, we went to Ruby Tuesday's for LC cheesecake. Can you say, "Divine"?????? Yummers!!!!

Yeah... I think that my body is built kinda weird, that I can fit comfortably into a size 10 at this weight. But when I was at my starting weight of 235, people thought that I weighed about 200. It is hard to find a goal weight as well... 150 sounds like too much to weigh, but I don't know if I will get smaller than that with my body type! oh well... we will just see what happens.

My inclination is to just stay away from those places. I think that I would be too tempted by the other indulgences and I would end up regretting walking in the door. Props to BK for the notion. It may work for some but I fear I am too weak right now. It's nice to know, however, that the fast food industry and starting to ride the wave!
