| Unbelievable, Im a body builder cutting for an amature contest and have lost 17 pounds in 9 days.....I almost thinking of just leaning down to normal size will continous maintenance of this diet plan affect lean muscle or enhance growth through protein intake.......... |

| Hi Troy, Welcome to LCE!!!!It is my understanding that the higher protein diet enhances muscle. According to Protein Power, one should do weights on an empty stomach and then eat protein afterward. That's what I do. You might want to get a copy of that book. The authors are Michael and Mary Dan Eades, both doctors.
