I'm going the same way (and it SUCKS! lol)

I lost about 12 lbs in 2003, but fell off the LC life because I started going out drinking with friends more often, so it was hard to stick to. I just started up again about 5 days ago and haven't lost an ounce (actually, I gained half a pound).

I find it so much harder this go around...before I didn't find it difficult after day 3. *SIGH*

First time I did Protein power in 1998 I lost 9 pounds the first week and 3 the second. This time I lost 8 pounds on Atkins during the 2 week induction. I don't believe it had anything to do with the difference in the plans just my body got a little wiser to this low carb trick. But good Luck and hang in there.

misscrissy,
I am in day 12 and only down by 3.5 so you are not doing too bad! I have heard all the stories about "how the weight just fell off" during induction. But I have to keep reminding myself that this WILL work. Only we can make it happen. LC WOE has worked for 1000's and helped them to be healthy, happy, and leaner. So it has to work for us too. Right?

Remember, it's not a race. You are unique.
Remember, it's not a diet. It's a way of life.

I'm a very slow loser. It took me 9 months to shed 30 pounds on my first go-round, in 1999. I'm at the 10 month mark this time, started 4/1 of 2003 and have lost not quite 20.

BUT... I'm healthier. I feel good. I have energy. I'll make my goal eventually and I'll never go back to the other way of eating.

Hang in there!
