| Hi...i just started trying to do atkins today, so i think it is waaay too early to tell if i'm doing it right, but i wanted to say hi to everyone and see if anyone had any tips for beginners. All the posts were a little overwhelming so i didn't know where to jump in!! Good luck everyone! |

| If you want tips and advice this is the place to be! I have found this whole enviroment very infomative. Just finishing up my fouth day, still going strong, it seems evenings on the weekend are the toughest time, boy I would've liked to snack on something other than protien. But stood firm, and some steak and cheese and a big glass of water! |

I read when I was a Newbie and it has even more meaning now after learning so much at this incredible website. Polo - just stick around and absorb it at whatever pace is comfortable.
