We discussed this in the "everything else" forum too. The bars have sugar alcohols, definitely avoid those.

I posted the other day about this. Carb Options is a new brand of prducts from the Unilever compnay. They are the makers of Skippy and Ragu (to mention a few).

Yeah, I saw Carb Options Ranch salad dressing yesterday at Kroger, and it had the Wishbone label on it. It listed zero carbs, but at $3.69 per bottle I didn't even bother to read the rest of the nutrional information. I'll stick with my $.99 bottle of Ranch dressing with 2 carbs per tablespoon!
