Greetings All! Well it has been over two weeks and I've lost probably 8-10#. I am happy. I have been exercising 5 times a week, drinking a couple of liters of water a day, and trying to watch my calories as well. I had another blow out on nuts again Sunday. Sunday is a bad day for me and that is something I am going to have to work on. Although I try not to allow myself too much guilt because I could be eating too much sugar, still havent touched the stuff. Anyways I am happy and looking forward to reaching my first goal of staying this WOE for one month. Won't be long and I"ll have to start thinking of my next goal..YIPPEEE!! Good luck to all of you out there and stay strong! Nothing tastes as good as thin feels! More updates next week..hope for progress....160something/154/under 135

Hey Shetuna. Sounds like things are going good for you. I think feeling good is a major plus for this WOE. I "was" down 10 lbs Saturday morning but I slipped. Had some drinks (no carbs though) with my friends Friday AND Saturday and was back up to only 6 lbs down Monday morning. Not going to do that again. However, it is the beginning of my time of the month and that may have something to do with it. Got right back at it hard Monday and I'm feeling good again. I did a Ketostix check today and I'm right between the highest moderate and lowest strong reading so that gives me much encouragement. I am ready to start exercising (really, I am). My new DVD should be here this week. The Firm was just to fast paced for me just yet. Maybe further down my weight loss path. Good to hear from you again. Good luck.

Hey, you could have binged on a lot worse than nuts. I too seem to eat more on the weekends. This past weekend I took my son for a walk or outside to play each time I wated to eat. I also started to make myself down a glass of water. It seemed to help.

Keep at it. You are doing great!

Good luck all!!
