Hello everyone. I'm Laura and I am new to this WOE. I was inspired by my mother who after years and years of being overweight and unhealthy lost an incredible 98 pounds on Atkins. I am currently at 165 having gained 20lbs in the past year.I hope to lose 30 pounds and become a more healthy, happy me! My questions are: what salad dressing is best for salads? Can you eat battered chicken? Can you order some of the low carb items (such as tortillas and such) on-line? Any input and help would be greatly appreciated.
