Could someone please tell me about sugar alcohols and are they good or bad? I don't understand about them.

Well IMHO... no there not that good because they tend to either stall my weight loss and or give me horrible intestinal disstress!

Hi, Bev!!

I too get the same results as Tanya. I stay away from them, it's not worth it to spend an entire evening on the toilet, but that's just me. I don't want to risk it either, if they are going to spike my insulin levels. I make my own sweet treats where I can control everything that goes into them.
