| I have read several places that you are to count carbs in egg consumption. Some have said eggs have 2 carbs, some 1. Many books indicate that there are 0 carbs in eggs... What is the scoop? Kay in Carlisle Start: 1/4/2004 Atkins 325/?/120-140 |

| Hi Kay, I use the Atkins carb counter book and the www.fitday.com site. Both say large eggs have approx .5 to .6 carbs per egg...so 2 large would have a little over 1 carb, but round it off to 1. Just my 2 cents HTH Shelley "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" *LC WOLF* |
