Hi cloude!
The LC tortillas are fine for occasional use when you are in OWL phase. Just be sure to count those carbs Also, some are lower in carbs than others, so might be on the lookout for that. Happy tortilla-ing...'Ole!

As Shelley says past induction they are carb legal. I've been using the La Tortilla Factory brand tortillas since I first low carbed in 1998. They make really good fajitas, wraps both hot and cold, even flour tortilla pizzas.
But don't overdo. I buy a 10 pack of the 6 inch tortillas and they last me about a month. Or I should say I won't buy them more than once a month and often I don't get around to repalcing them and it's 6 to 8 weeks before I have them again. Just don't rely too heavily on them or any other low carb substitute.

I guess i have had different results than others. I have eaten about 5 to 6 a week without knocking myself out of ketosis. They make great pizzas, burittos, sandwiches etc. But this i a ymmv situation to be sure.

Cloude:

Read this thread I started about low carb tortillas:

Low Carb Tortillas

I think the kind I found are fine. I've eaten 5 of them this week. I've been losing steadily since Monday when I first tried them.
