"Low Carb Newbies" at Low Carb Diet Support: "Does it matter how much into ketosis you are?? I seem to have small to moderate amounts....."

Being in Ketosis, is in ketosis, small, mderate, large.... you are in ketosis.

ya: ive been in ketosis almost 2 weeks, have lost 7 pounds, and it has always been on the light side. DOnt sweat it; you will see a change!

hehe April....very good fact....no such thing as a little pregnant! Oh and thanks for the tip on low carb tortillas....It'll make lunches much easier!
