Stumbled upon this article. Why do people thing that when you follow a low carb lifestyle, you also buy lots of processed low carb foods? Not all of us are unread low carb zombies! http://money.cnn.com/2004/01/16/comm...tler/index.htm Teri

The main problem with this guy is that he's not a very talented writer. He's not terribly accurate and not terribly funny, so what you get is just some person of, perhaps, average intelligence but possessed of little talent, who was granted a soap box. Now if you want to read something completely funny about "doing atkins" try this link which I got from another thread: http://www.startribune.com/stories/462/4319138.html Maggie 5'1" ~~ Atkins since '98 (160+) Maintaining nicely (110 +/-) ~~ Redhead until further notice!

Another small minded person. What a shock it would be if he actually did "a little" research. Kristie 168/159/115 When I am blue.....I remember to breath again

Maggie, I didn't bother reading the first article, but I did read the one you posted. Hilarious! Lunch: a small pig ROFLMAO! Obviously, someone who "gets it"--and knows what to do with it. Barb L. Started Atkins January 2003 162/137/130

Maggie, that article was hysterical. I just love sarcasm and wit. The first article? That was about as exciting as a smelly dishrag sitting under a sinkful of dirty dishes. That guy clearly has an underrated sense of humor. ![]() Barb - 30 lbs gone FOREVER! www.iwsgroupinc.com - website design and development Atkins-3/14/03 174/144/135 5'2" "A little knowledge is a dangerous thing." | I liked the 2nd article as well. Especially when he said that it must be extremely expensive to extract carbs from normal foods! That they must do it in a zero gravity environment! LOL!
