I don't measure it. I just eat it. I consider it a "free" food.

I've asked this too but have never really gotten and answer. On my frozen cauliflowe it says there's 4 grams of carbs per cup (or something like that) but do they mean a cup of mashed cauliflower or a cup of pieces? Because of their shape it's hard to measure a cup and it not really a cup because there lot's of air space.

I weigh it before cooking. Easiest and most accurate. I also eat a lot of it and need to keep track.

I just eyeball it. But I eat about 2 cups at a sitting. Since it's so high in fiber a cup, according to fitday, only works out to 2.7 net carbs. So if you misjudge a little it won't amount to much.

I don't measure it either. I don't measure ANY legal veggies. I consider them pretty much free food. No one ever got fat eating LC veggies.
