WARNING - Some parts are gross!

Well, our family had a stomach virus. Seven days of diarrhea. Seven days of eating a meal, then less than one hour later, going to the bathroom. (And let me tell you, salad doesn't get any prettier an hour later!)

I called the Pediatricians and they said your body just has to work it out. As long as no one has any fever, you are fine. Keep pushing liquids to prevent dehydration. No one "acted" sick, just tons of dirty diapers and me making mad dashes to the bathroom.

The bathroom part gets old after a while. I broke down and got some Immodium AD. Boy does that stuff work great! I should have used it sooner than the 6th day! I had to do SOMETHING, we got Jackson baptized Saturday night and I couldn't be running to the bathroom during church! LOL!

After about 3 days, you tend to not eat much. It just isn't worth the "end" result.

Anyway, this morning I weigh the lowest I have weighed since starting this WOE! (Check my stats below!) Two pounds away from a mini-goal. I feel bad that it may not last because it wasn't reached naturally.

But, as FLYLADY says, "Don't try to catch up, you aren't behind, just jump in where you are!"

I will continue to go forward with this WOE.

P. S. Before this WOE, I was starting to suspect I had Irritable Bowl Syndrome. Those symptoms have totally disappeared! YAY!

Glad you're better. At least you have a sense of humor about it. I will have to remember about immodium.

"and let me tell you, salad doesn't get any prettier an hour later."
No kidding!!!!

Hope you are all better soon. That's a nasty way to lose weight and I don't recommend it.
