I feel SOOOO GOOD! I never got the rush of energy but this is just as good! I realized this morning how good I was feeling. It probably didn't hurt much that saturday I weighed and I'd lost 4.5 MORE lbs since last week. I am almost at my first goal of 196! 9 lbs to go! Everyday I'm looking more and more forward to my trip to Panama and Costa Rica. Now THAT is going to be a HUGE reward!! I never thought the weight would actually FALL OFF like it has. Although I've read a ZILLION (it seems) stories about how it did for a LOT of other people. I lost a little slow in the beginning now I feel like a train! If I can reach 196 before I hit a stall. I can live with that!!

Congratulations on such great progress! It's such an awesome feeling to know you are doing the right thing for your body and your life. Gone are the days that guilt was a side dish to every meal.

Feel proud, you've earned it!

I'm so happy for you!

When everything is working, and the pounds are dropping, and you feel good, it's a wonderful thing. It's amazing how healthy this woe can make you feel.

It's made me a believer.

Cooking is at once child's play and adult joy.
And cooking done with care is an act of love.

Isn't it great - I love getting up in the morning and not dragging around until I've had a carb hit! If we feel this good we must be doing something right.
