Yeah, I bought 2 cases of them from Costco to drink on my way to work in the morning because I don't have enough time to make or eat anything until my morning break.

I think they are pretty good, and 2 net carbs, only 4 total carbs, that is not bad.

I have been losing, so they must not be too bad.

Did you get the chocolate or the vanilla? I saw the chocolate ones at Costco (love that store)... but the vanilla ones only have 2 grams total carbs and 1 gram net carbs.

I use the chocolate ones frequently.

I'm a big believer in protein shakes, as are Graeme and Kate Street, my personal trainers.

At home I usually use shake mix, but I often buy EAS Shakes if i am on the run (our local convenience mart carries them).

when I want a mid morning or mid afternoon snack, I often have a protein shake.

What kind of shake mix do you use? I was going to get the Atkins but noticed it had sugar alcohols in it.

Anothter thing I heard was that the mixes didn't taste as good as the cans. Is this true?

paladin,

That's my experience. I don't like the powders, never can seem to get them completely mixed up.
