Ewwwwwwwwww. This morning the sweetish taste is pretty strong in my mouth. Does anyone else other than me and Princess have this? I suck on ONE Frito chip just to get rid of the taste.

Welcome to the boards! Glad your here! I honestly don't have an answer for you about why you get a sweet tast in your mouth.. it happens to me to. As far as the stips.. well that is a personal choice. I prefer not to have them because they can be mis-leading and I have seen others who have never registered any ketones on the strips and still lost weight just fine. How ever there are others who use them to tell them if some new foods they are ading to there menue are throwing them out of ketosis... which ever you decide is absoulutly fine!
