| I don't think one has to do with the other. A good multi vitamin is always a good idea, but I don't think it would make you lose weight just by taking it. List some daily menues and we will see if we can help you figure it out. Jen P.S. Typing in ALL CAPS on a message board is the same as screaming. Atkins since 11/11/03 5'3" 140/129/115 I used to be indecisive...But now I'm not so sure! |

| Dr. Atkins wrote that many people, (specially those who had been on a low fat diet) have too few vitamins and minerals in their system. As Jen said, a vitamin will not make you loose weight by itself, but if your weight loss has slowed since you stopped taking them, then I think you have your answer. Started Atkins on 9/20/03 235-->190; 150 goal |

| Many, many nutrients are involved in the complex process of metabolism. If for any reason you have a deficit, it's a little like putting low grade fuel in a Ferrari.
