| While I've never seen anyone say to limit sour cream, I would definitely have an upper limit in mind. If you treat it like cheese, which is limited to 4 ounces, then I think you'll be okay. maybe set a half cup limit or so. How much sour cream are you eating? Rob 310/232/180 Me, a skeptic? | OK, thanks! i'm not eating like a whole tub or anything ... but i read on the atkins website to limit sour cream to about 2 Tbs. a day. i make a beef recipe w/ sour cream, and i may be exceeding that amount at dinner/per serving ... ??? |

| I wouldn't worry about exceeding 2 tbs once in a while. I'm making stroganoff for dinner tonight and will probbaly have 1/3 cup of sour cream in my portion I just don't eat it often enough for it to do any harm. Rob 310/232/180 Me, a skeptic? I trust you have proof. |
