Thread: Sesame seeds

    Can anyone tell me if toasted sesame seeds are ok? I have been using them in my salads and cooking with them. The nutrition label says that they have 0 carbs for 1 tsp. 1 g. of protein and 0 fiber. I wonder what 2 tbsp. might have?

    Sesame seeds are fine. I checked www.fitday.com and 1/8 cup (2 tbs) has 4.88 carb and 3.17 fiber, so net 1.71.

    Using sesame oil for your veggie stir fry and then sprinkling with toasted sesame seeds is awesome!

    OH yeah, sesame seeds are great. They are so high in fat, they work well with this WOL.
