| Can anyone tell me if toasted sesame seeds are ok? I have been using them in my salads and cooking with them. The nutrition label says that they have 0 carbs for 1 tsp. 1 g. of protein and 0 fiber. I wonder what 2 tbsp. might have? |

| Stacey Sesame seeds are fine. I checked www.fitday.com and 1/8 cup (2 tbs) has 4.88 carb and 3.17 fiber, so net 1.71. Rob 310/232/180 Me, a skeptic? I trust you have proof. |
