Just though i'd share this one with you all, if you need any new menu ideas.

I'm a bird hunter and usually have some frozen quail or dove in the freezer, but I'm sure chicken would work just fine if you don't like "gamey" meats.

Wrap a piece of bacon around the quail or bird of choice, brush with melted butter and parsley, and broil for about 15-20 minutes, flipping birds halfway through. Great protein, low fat, no carbs.

Add this to a side of sauteed spinach in garlic with some olive oil, and a few slices of tomato with crumbled bleu cheese, and you have a heck of a feast!! I also like 2 slices of Cheddar cheese on the side for good measure.

I counted about 7 carbs for this meal, and it is mighty tasty. Enjoy!!!

Minus the cheese this is a perfect paleo menu. Thanks for the idea - I'll be trying this.
