Ways I get more water into myself

I'm on day 11 of induction. Here's some of the ways I get more water into me.
1)1-2 cups just getting my vitamins down in the morning.
2)Order Chinese soups from local restaurants without cornstarch or sugar, then add another quart of chicken stock to increase my servings for a couple of days. Usually these have chicken and veggies or tofu, etc.
3)Drink a glass while I'm reading this forum.
4)Drink right after exercising.
5)Drink before bed.(Yeah, that means I gots ta pee in the middle of the night.)

OH I have to stop around 8pm!!!!

Those are some good ideas.
I put Apple Cider Vinegar in mine and it somehow makes me want to drink more.

Down 2 20 ounce glasses of water while waiting for the coffee to get done. This seems to make me drink my water more readily the rest of the day. As Doc said hot peppers or other highly spiced foods do make you want to drink more. I use that trick in the summer when I usually need to double my water intake.

I'm more like Rob... I do...

Reverie- 8 oz
Breakfast- 8 oz
Gym Workout- min 4 oz before, 8 during, 8 after
Lunch- 8 oz
While driving- usually about 16 oz for the day
Dinner- 8 oz
Relaxing at night- between 16 and 32 oz

I just link my water drinking with activities and I always get my good number in!

I make myself finish 32 ounces before I leave for work. I drink 32 ounce during my first and 2nd period class. 32 ounces during lunch, and another 32 pbefore I leave at the end of the day. Then with my dinner I have one yummy diet coke. No drinking after 7...i'll be up all night.

Every time I want a diet coke, I pour myself a glass of water. 9 times out of 10 I'm just thirsty and the water makes me feel better. I like the feeling the carbonation gives you in the back of your throat... yes I do miss that! But after 8 days of induction, I don't miss the diet coke too much at all.
