| Can drinking decaf green tea w/ antioxidants be acceptable as part of water intake? I thought lemon was a no-no durg induction. Is a squeeze acceptable? ![]() Take your time and do it right,baby. |

| I don't think a queeze would be too bad, but one thing I want to warn you about are the sugar substitutes. I don't know if you are using them or not, but anyway: each packet does contain about one gram of sugars that are used as fillers. I had been drinking tea with about 3 packets a day until I realized how much sugar was in them. Started Atkins on 9/20/03 235-->190; 150 goal |
