Today is my 14th day. I do admit I don't have the strong sugar cravings that I had before I started Atkins. After dinner I use to have ice cream as a treat (reward) after a hard day's work. And then I'd eat some fruit after that. I love fresh pinapple. But it got so that almost after dinner (which probably had sugar in it too because I was using equal) I would want my ice cream and then after that I wanted fruit. I don't have that STRONG craving anymore. Sometimes there's a slight craving.
I am eating clean. Am learning a lot from everyone. Will continue to eat clean.
My daughter (23)says she's never seen so much real food in the refrigerator.
Our frig is usually filled w/ strofoam containers.
