| I ran my daily intake of food through fitday.com just to see where I was. I knew I was at around 25 g carbs but never wondered about the rest of the diet. I only had 1218 calories and I ate like a pig today--or I felt like I did. I had Breakfast: Chicken Salad, Cheese cubes (1 oz), EAS dark chocolate shake Lunch: 2 cups of lettuce with chicken (3 oz) dressing, cheese and 1/2 egg Snacks: Hard boiled egg, 1/2 deviled egg and 1 oz in the shell sunflower seeds, 1 oz colby jack cheese Dinner: Two cheese burger patties with american slices, about 1/4 a cucumber sliced, 4 broccoli florettes, 3 cauliflower florettes, 1 cup of broccoli with olive oil and garlic To Drink: 84 oz of water, 12 oz diet Coke, 4 oz tomato juice and I still have like 8 gs of carbs to eat--might just have some blueberries with whipped cream or some raspberries with cream. But--I really dont want anything else right now--except maybe a drink of water-- The only thing I don't like about fitday is that I have to extract the fiber from the carb totals it won't remove that total from your total carbs there. GERRRRRRRRR! Anyway, ust me being lazy--I have used the site before--when Iw as counting calories last summer and spring. |
