Imitation Crab meat has too many carbs. If you want to eat crab...go with the real stuff! Enjoy!

Check the package labels - I found that different brands varied widely, from 1 carb per serving to LOTS!

Sugar in some form (corn syrup, fructose, etc.) is usually in the top 5 ingredients in those imitation seafood meats. So you probably want to avoid them even if they do only have 1 -2 carbs per serving. Remember, those serving sizes can be really small on some of them too.
