Probably not your best bet. You wouldn't want to use up half your day's carb allowance on one wrap. On the other hand, it is better than a lot of things if you're out and don't have better choices.

Do you have a Mr. Pita where you live?
Around here they offer LC lettuce wrapped sandwiches. Perfect during induction.

Breakfast: tea, couple of scrambled eggs w/ some leftover spinach/cauliflower dish mixed in, kefir, 2 sections of grapefruit.

Snack: coffee w/heavy cream & keto biscotti (lemon/nut).

Lunch: Smoked trout (comes in a can packed in oil - like sardines), half an avocado, more tea.

Snack: radishes, green pepper, zucchini, broccoli & ranch dip.

Other snack ( ): 22 almonds

Dinner: Hot wings and celery w/blue cheese dip, and a Mich ultra.

Thinking about some kefir cheese before I go to bed.

oh, yeah, and my usual almost gallon of water.

See now Maggie told me to wait until I was out of induction, and I did.

My mouth was watering for something (better) But I'm out, and I didn't like them very much, too much of that sauce stuff, ick.

I got one today with a philly cheese steak inside, and OOOOOOOOOOOOWWEEEEEEEEEE was that good.

Hmmm hmmm hmmm,

Kristie

I ate Swwraps during induction. But since I didn't know exactly how many carbs it REALLY has, I make the guy stuff them with the veggies like cucumbers and tomatoes. Then I eat half of one along with 1/2 dill pickle for lunch. That way it lasts for two meals. At least it worked for me. Now that I'm out of induction I have them add avacado (Yummmy)
