| Pollym, Brightlady's not on-line at the moment, so I checked it out. You're correct, that link, which was copied from our previous forum location, was out of date. I've replaced it with the links you see in this thread, both of which are current and take you to sites with information about eating out. Thanks so much for brining a broken link to our attention! | I found a great book this afternoon at WAldenbooks on nutritional values of almost everything you might put into your body from almost any source. It is called: The Doctor's Calorie, Fat and Carbohydrate Counter. It contains information on 170 fast food restaurants as well as about 200 pages of regular food you would buy! It is apparantly available on this website too www.calorieking.com . It does not separate out fiber, but it is a good reference for someone looking for a guide that would fit in your purse/pocket for quick look ups. |
