| sugar free jello made with aspartame is a YMMV type of thing (your mileage may vary). For some, aspartame can cause stalls, others not. You can experiment later -- for now you will want to keep away from it until induction is over. However, you can get some unsweeted gelatin, some unsweetened Kool-Aid, add in a bit of Splenda, and enjoy (see recipe section). Add a bit of homemade whipped cream and you have a great induction-friendly dessert. Of course like anything, don't overdo it. But for me it's a great way to satisfy my sweet tooth! |

| Don't sweat it. One day of s.f. jello will in my humble opinion (IMHO) not do anything detrimental to your body or your diet. Rob 310/230.5/180 Me, a skeptic? I trust you have proof. |
