c) Pills etc Maybe you're on something thats slowing you down

I see a few things.
First, the sauce for the shrimp...Is it low carb? Second, the cheese...Are you keeping it to 4 oz per day? Third, where is your VEGGIES?? I see some celery and broccoli, but that isn't enough! Have a salad with lunch and dinner. Put some green leafies in it. Spinach, romaine, ect.
Fourth, the LC candies might be stalling you. It does that to lots of people.

How is your water? Are you drinking half your body weight in oz daily?

Are you exercising?

I know it is rough when you aren't losing. I am creeping along at about a pound a week, but I have lost 16 pounds so far so I will keep on plugging along.

It looks like more of your carbs need to come from veggies, not chocolates and cheesecake. They're nice to have, but they can slow you down.

It took me five weeks to lose five pounds. Some of us are just slower to lose.

The shrimp is ok, the cocktail sauce, that's what I assume you use, is bad, the low carb cheese cake, it's gotta go. More veggies more veggies more veggies, and drink enough water to make yourself float, lol. Also the birthcontrol could be slowing you down. Also, if you started exercise with this wol, muscle weighs (from what I've been told) three X more than fat, so if you are losing, but gaining muscle, that would explain a lot. Don't stop any meds, there is a reason for being on them, but, being very strict with the low carb "extras" (i.e. the cheese cake) could be doing it. You said you've been on it for 5-6 weeks, how many carbs a day do you generally have? How long did you stay in induction? When did you introduce the "low carb treats"? Don't worry about dh losing faster, those guys always lose faster, sad but true, but what is he eating differently from you. Stay off that evil scale, and start measuring yourself, you upper arms, your chest, your waist, your thighs. Some do more but that's what I follow. I threw my scale in the garbage, long story, but I had a talking one, and it got the best of me

Ditch the low carb candy. Don't eat it for a month and see what happens. Ditto for any low carb bars.

Up your veggies to AT LEAST 3 cups per day. You're not eating enough vegetables.
Your carbs should be coming only from vegetables, and you're simply not eating enough of them...

Read this.

My two cents...
